Robert is a seasoned professional in the construction and development industry, bringing a wealth of business management expertise to the group. Having developed and run a highly successful £20 million construction company for over 20 years, Robert went on to co-found Equityway Holdings with Steven Donlon.
He has extensive experience in housing, student accommodation, industrial, commercial, healthcare and theme park sectors, and is an expert in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, Robert plays a crucial role in the successful growth of our group, driving our reputation for excellence in the industry.
Steven Donlon

Steven brings over 20 years of experience in business. Having worked in contracting and consulting sectors in the UK and the Middle East, he has a wealth of knowledge to draw upon. Steven also spent over 10 years running a large group of companies for high-net-worth individuals in the Middle East.
He has an established and extensive network and has worked with a number of blue chip clients internationally. He plays a pivotal role in ensuring the long term vision and strategy of the group is delivered seamlessly, and consistently delivering high-quality results.
